Appointments
When you arrive please text us at the number posted on the sign in front of your vehicle to let us know you have arrived. If you are unable to text us please call the office at 585-624-2240. Please note our text number and landline numbers are different. Please keep your phone handy, as we will call or text you shortly after your arrival to let you know when you can come inside. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE BUILDING UNTIL YOU ARE PROMPTED TO DO SO. This will allow staff to ensure that we have an exam room ready for you, and that the reception area is clear. We will allow ONE client to accompany their pet(s) inside. Masks are strongly encouraged in the exam rooms but not required at this time. Unfortunately, due to limitations on space and our ability to maintain proper distances, we still cannot allow children to join you inside.
We are still happy to provide curbside care if you would prefer to remain in your vehicle. Simply let us know when you arrive if this is your preference.
When your pet(s) examination is complete we ask that you exit the exam room and take a seat in the waiting area, when your invoice is complete one of our Client Care Coordinators will ask you to come to the desk to complete the checkout process.
When picking up food or medication, please continue to use our prescription pickup window, located at the front of the building on the walkway up to the front door. To avoid having to stand outside for an extended period of time, we ask that you call in advance to make payment over the phone.
